浅析高校文化的地位和建设途径

中国共产党十七届六中全会和德宏州第六次党代会都提出要将文化建设作为当前的一个首要任务来抓,高校作为培养社会主义建设者和接班人的主阵地,肩负着传承中国文化、创新中国文化的建设重任。以学生为本,是高校文化建设的需要,也是积极响应中国共产党十七届六中全会精神的需要。高校要以学生为本,从环境建设、活动建设、思想政治理论课三个方面来推动高校文化建设。

The Communist Party of China seventeen session of the six plenary session and the Sixth Party Congress of Dehong state are proposed culture construction as a primary task,as colleges and universities to train socialist builders and successors of the main positions,to carry on the Chinese culture,Chinese culture construction task of innovation.Taking students as the fundamental,is the university cultural construction need,also is a positive response to the Communist Party of China seventeen six in of plenary meeting spirit need.Colleges and universities should be student-oriented,from the environment,activities,construction of Ideological and political theory course in three aspects to promote the construction of college culture.
