"创先争优"活动开展以来,我校将学风建设作为全校师生党员创先争优的重要载体,把创建优良学风,作为检验创先争优活动实效的重要标准,在这基础上摸索出了一系列关于构建优良学风的长效机制,包括引导机制、监控保障机制、预警机制、激励机制等。
