摘要
教师的职业素质不仅标志着教师队伍整体水平的现状,也预示着其未来的发展,它直接影响青少年学生的健康成长,不仅关系到学校教育教学的整体质量,也关系到教育事业、整个民族和国家发展的前途和命运。教育心理学对教师的职业修养提出了更高更全面的要求:要求教师不仅要以专业化的情感关注学生,更要以研究型教师的要求扮演好自己的角色,以专家型教师的风范进行自我调控。
