摘要
幼儿教师的教科研素养关系到学前教育的质量,是幼儿教师实现专业化发展的必要条件。文章通过对幼儿教师教科研素养现状、基本构成的描述,提出提升幼儿教师教科研素养的几点策略。
Kindergarten teachers scientific research is related to the quality of preschool education,it's the necessary condition to achieve teachers' professional development.The literacy,basic structure description,put forward spme strategies to promote teaches' scientific attainment.
