摘要
本文以大专学生为研究对象,提出班团活动在培养学生综合能力方面的重要性及相关作用,同时也提出目前班团活动存在的不足。需要我们辅导员从实际工作中不断总结,让班团活动对班级管理起到积极的促进作用。
This article takes the college students as subjects,proposed the class group of the importance of the activities to cultivate students＇ comprehensive ability and relevant role,also asked the shortcomings of the class activities.It needed the counselors continue to sum up the practical work,let the class activities play a positive role in promoting class management.
