Students as the core of a school,as the heir of the traditional culture,plays a vital role in the prosperity of the sociocultural,and improve the quality today.So,students＇ learning,growth and development particularly highly of the school and teachers,as well as the concerns of the community.In view of this,we have a deep understanding of the important role played by the teacher in the implementation of the educational process,the responsibilities of management students and educating.This paper describes the difficulties faced by the students in the classroom and classroom management,teacher management students and allow students to focus on the progressive realization of self-management aspects.
