近年来,随着信息技术的不断发展,我国高等院校在教学管理上给予了硬件和软件资源的投入,管理模式开始由传统向着多元化方向发展,教育信息化管理全面铺开,但与此对应的教学秘书的能力素质却明显不足。本文旨在对现代信息化背景下教学秘书能力素质进行分析,并提出相应解决措施,从而提高高校教学管理工作的效率。

In recent years, with the continuous development of information tcchnologT, our institutions of higher learning in teaching management given the investment in hardware and soRware resources, the management mode from the traditional toward the direction of diversification and development of education information management is in full swing, but with thisability and quality of teaching secretary but is clearly imufficient. This article aims to analyze the ability and quality of teaching secretary in the context of modem in- formation and propose appropriate solutions to improve the management efficiency ofuniversity teaching.
