摘要
校长职业专业化过程中,作为专业化标志之一的专业伦理规范体系,其形成过程经历了较长时期的历史演变过程,本文通过对国内外相关文献的研究从而分析出校长专业伦理体系的谱系,旨在对我国校长专业的发展提供借鉴意义。
Principals of professionalization process,the system as a the specialized sign of professional ethical norms,the formation process of the process of historical evolution experienced a long period of time,this article through the study of the relevant literature to precipitate the pedigree of the principals＇ professional ethical system,aims to provide a reference to our principals＇ professional development.
