高校辅导员作为与大学生接触最为密切的教育者,应承担并肩负起大学生心理健康教育工作。为此,辅导员应提高综合素质,成为一名合格的会"听话"的大学生心理健康指导师。因而,辅导员要学会为学生营造一个安全的倾听环境,品味他们的喜怒哀乐,关注他们的认知,尊重他们的观点,与专业心理咨询师和家长一起,为大学生的健康成长服务。

College Counselors,as the most intimate educator of college students should undertake the psychological health education.So,the counselors should improve the overall quality to be a qualified listener on the education said above.Thus,College Counselors must learn for students to create safe environment,taste their passions,pay close attention to their cognitive,and respect their opinions to save the students on their healthy growth together with professional counselors and parents
