构建独立学院入伍预征工作长效机制的探析——以武汉理工大学华夏学院为例

On Constructing a Long-acting Mechanism in the Pre-recruitment in Independent Colleges——Taking Wuhan University of Technology Huaxia College as an example

普通高等学校应届毕业生入伍预征,是适应新时期国防和军队现代化建设的需要,进一步优化兵员结构,提高部队战斗力,加强基层指挥官队伍建设,增强退役士兵就业能力的重要举措,是党中央、国务院、中央军委作出的重大战略决策。2009年以来,在中央的高度重视和正确领导下,在湖北省教育厅和湖北省军区的指导下,武汉理工大学华夏学院精心谋划、提高意识,切实做好大学生入伍预征工作,并不断探索建立入伍预征工作长效机制。

To execute the pre-recruitment to the fresh graduates is an important action to adapt to the needs of new period national defense and military modernization,to further optimize troop structure,to improve the army＇s fighting capabilities,to enhance the basic-level commander team construction and to enhance the employability of the retired soldiers.It is also a significant strategic decision made by the central committee,the state council and the central military commission.Since 2009,with the fact that the central government attached great importance to the work and performed a correct leadership,and under the guidance of Hubei Ministry of Education and the Provincial Military Region of Hubei Province,Wuhan University of Technology Huaxia College has been earnestly doing the work of college student pre-recruitment and continuously explore the related long-acting mechanism and its construction.
