要做好评教工作,首先需建立以提高评教结果的合理性与可信度、增强评教机制的可操作性为出发点,改进学校教学工作,改善课程设置和教师工作考核和目的的相对完善的评教体系,其次要建立相关保障制度,保证评教体系能高效、有序地运行,再进行推广实施。
