高校社团种类多,数量大,但是能够实现可持续发展的社团为数不多。因此要借鉴现代化企业战略管理思想,确定社团当前的使命、愿景和目标,分析外部环境的机会和威胁,识别自身的优势和劣势,制定社团发展战略,调动社员的积极主动性,增强社员的归属感和凝聚力,组织管理好活动,力使社团稳定有序传承,实现社团的可持续发展。

There are lots of various kinds College communities,but can realize the sustainable development of them is one of the few.So Reference to modern enterprise strategy management thoughts,set the current mission,vision and goals of the associations,analyze the external environment of the opportunities and threats,recognise its own advantages and disadvantages,formulate community development strategy,mobilize the positive initiative of the members,enhance membership sense of belonging and cohesion,organize and management activities effectively,in order to make the communities to inheritance stably,to realize the sustainable development of the corporations.
