摘要
目的:建立没药掺伪制品中松香酸的定性定量检测方法,并对市售商品进行调查测定。方法:TLC、HPLC-PAD、HPLC-MS等。结果:经检测市售没药中有18批检出松香酸,其含量在1.16～73.99 mg/g。结论:市售没药中,用松香掺假现象较普遍,应加大监管力度。本文所建立的检测方法,可满足定性定量检测的要求。
Objective：To establish the qualitative and quantitative method for abietic acid in fake Myrrha.Methods：The abietic acid was identified by TLC,HPLC-PAD and HPLC-MS.Results：Abietic acid was detected in 18 bactches,which content was 1.16 to 73.99（mg/g）.Conclusion：The method can meet the requirements of identification and determination.
