摘要
目的:研究糙叶败酱的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶及Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱对其化学成分进行分离、纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从糙叶败酱石油醚和氯仿萃取部位分离得到7个化合物,分别为:白花败酱醇(Ⅰ)、黄花败酱醇(Ⅱ)、原儿茶酸(Ⅲ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅳ)、油酸(Ⅴ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅵ)、芥酸(Ⅶ)。结论:化合物Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ、Ⅶ为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents from Patrinia scabra Bunge.Methods: Chemical constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography.Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analysis and chemical evidence.Results: Seven compounds were isolated and purified.Their structures were identified as villosol(Ⅰ),patriscabrol(Ⅱ),protocatechuic acid(Ⅲ),β-daucosterol(Ⅳ),oleic acid(Ⅴ),β-sitosterol(Ⅵ),erucic acid(Ⅶ).Conclusion: Compounds Ⅰ,Ⅲ,Ⅴ,Ⅶ are isolated from this plant for the first time.
