稀土催渗在气体加氧软氮化中的应用

摘要 本文叙述了以稀土化合物作为催渗剂,对45钢制912发动机齿轮采用新的加氧软氮化工艺。本工艺使加氧软氮化速度提高30~50%,解决了生产中长期存在的渗速慢、渗层浅、能耗大等问题,提高了产品质量。对20Mn2、20CrMnTi、38CrMoAl钢试样也做了试验,取得了同样结果。 This paper deals with a new oxynitrocarburizing process with rareearth element compound as energizer for model 912 engine gears of 45 steel.The result showed that this process can increase in procss rate by a factorof 33~35%,therefore the production problems such as low rate of oxyni-trocarburizing,insufficient depth of the case,large energy consumption couldbe solved and improve the the quality of workpieces.The authors also to(?) thetests with samples of 20Mn2,20CrMnTi and 38CrMoAl steel,the same resu-lts as that of 45 steel were obtained.
