多层螺旋CTA与DSA诊断颅内动脉瘤的应用价值及对比分析 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨多层螺旋CT血管造影(CTA)及数字减影血管造影(DSA)在颅内动脉瘤诊断中的应用价值,对二者进行对比分析。方法回顾性分析经CTA、DSA双重检查并经手术证实的68例颅内动脉瘤患者临床及影像学资料。将CTA和DSA的诊断结果用SPSS13.0统计软件进行统计分析,差异显著性采用χ2检验,比较二者诊断颅内动脉瘤的准确性、敏感性和特异性。结果 CTA诊断的准确性、敏感性、特异性分别为93%、92.31%、98.72%;DSA诊断的准确性、敏感性、特异性分别为95%、94.87%、100%,二者无显著性差异。结论 CTA、DSA是截然不同的两种检查方法,都具有较高的临床应用价值,在诊断颅内动脉瘤方面各有其优势和不足,可以互补。 Objective To assess the values of muhislice spiral CT angiography (CTA) and digital subtraction angiography (DSA) in diagnosis of intracranial ancurysms and compare each other. Methods The clinical data and imaging of 68 patients with intracranial ancurysms proved by the surgical operation through CTA and DSA were analysed retrospectively. As a result of using the diagnosis of the CTA and DSA carried on statisticsing analysis by the SPSS13.0 software, the difference showed adoption χ 2 examination, compared their accuracy, sensitivity and particularity of diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms. Results The accuracy, sensitivity, particularity of diagnosis by CTA were 93% ,92.31% ,98.72% ; the accuracy, sensitivity, particularity of diagnosis by DSA were 95% ,94.87% , 100% respectively. The were no difference between them. Conclusion The CTA and DSA are entirely different of two kinds of check methods with higher clinical application value, each have it the advantage and shortage in the aspects of examining intracranial aneurysms , can repair with each other.
