摘要
为了研究发动机进气湿度对清净性评定的影响,模拟了不同进气湿度对试验工况产生的影响。试验在标准的内燃机油清净性评定台架上进行,进气湿度由专门的湿度控制系统精确控制,选取不同的进气湿度点进行试验。试验结果表明:在其他参数恒定控制的条件下,随着进气湿度的变化,油耗和排温也随着有明显的变化,因此导致燃烧室内工质燃烧温度和压力的变化,这就必然影响到活塞表面沉积物的形成和沉积。通过这些有规律的变化可以得出这样的结论,不同的进气湿度对活塞的清净性会产生影响。
In order to study the effect of engine intake air humidity on detergency evaluation, different intake air humidities were simulated to test its influence on working conditions. The test was performed on the standard detergency evaluation test bench of internal combustion engine oil. The intake air humidity was controlled precisely by special humidity control sys- tem and different intake air humidity spots were selected for this test. The test results showed that, when other parameters are constant, along with the change of intake air humidity, fuel consumption and exhaust temperature change apparently, so the temperature and pressure of burning propellant change in combustion chamber, which will inevitably affect the forma- tion and deposition of sediment on piston surface. Through these regular changes, it can be concluded that different engine intake air humidities will have an impact on piston detergency.
