关于产业金融的初步研究——兼论我国财务公司改革的一种思路

The Initial Research on the Industry Finance

国内外关于产业金融尚未形成统一概念 ,但从其丰富的实践活动看 ,则可将之定义为依托并促进特定产业发展的金融活动总称。本文首先从马克思关于产业资本循环和周转的理论出发 ,分析了产业金融的作用 ;然后运用主导产业理论 ,分析了主导产业作为产业金融发展载体的优越性 ,并揭示了产业金融对产业结构优化的重要意义 ;最后提出了将我国财务公司发展为产业金融机构的基本思路。

Industry finance is defined as the kind of financial activity relying on and promoting certain industry in this paper, though there wasn′t unique definition on it in the domestic or foreign theory. The paper analyses the role of industry finance through the Marxism theory on industry capital cycle. Then the paper analyses the advantage of leading industry as the base of development of industry finance, and disclose the important impact of industry finance on improving the industry structure. At last, the paper suggests that some financial companies attached by single enterprise group in China should be changed into special industry financial institutions.
