关于软科学研究的方法学思考——以“医改背景下的首都农村卫生人力资源配置研究”项目为例

Reflections on Soft Science Research Approaches: Based on Research Project of "The Allocation of Human Resources in Beijing's Rural Health during the Health Reform"

以"医改背景下的首都农村卫生人力资源配置研究"项目为例,从软科学研究方法的选择、实施和取得效果三个方面进行阐述。首先探讨了软科学研究中的方法选择策略,继而介绍了定量的"类推"与定性的"植入"相结合的研究方法的具体实施过程,最后根据研究结果系统地提出了农村卫生人力资源配置的对策建议。

Based on ＂the allocation of human resources about Beijing＇s rural health during the health reform＂ research, this paper presents in-depth exposition on the three aspects of the soft science research approach selection, implementation and effect. First of all, this paper introduces the soft science research method selection strategy. Secondly, this paper presents the detailed implementation of the combination of quantitative and qualitative research approaches. Finally, based on the results ~ this paper presents the countermeasures and advices about the allocation of rural health human resources systematically.
