医学伦理查房的理论与实践——以广州地区某医院伦理查房为例

Theory and Practice of Medical Ethics Rounds: Taking One Hospital in Guangzhou as An Example

通过问卷调查与开展医学伦理查房的实践,发现医学伦理查房开展过程中,存在伦理查房内容缺乏标准化操作、缺乏医学伦理查房的评价机制、尚未形成良好的医学伦理环境、教育培训不能满足医院工作的需要等问题。应当建立健全医学伦理查房标准化操作指南,完善医学伦理查房评价机制,营造良好的医学伦理学环境,加强医学伦理学的教育培训,从而构建和谐的医患关系。

Through questionnaire survey and practice of medical ethics rounds, this article finds some problems during its implementation, including lack of standardized operating and assessment mechanisms, lack of a good environment to be established as well as the education and training system that can not meet the needs of the hospital. Therefore, in order to build harmonious doctor-patient relationship, we should establish standardized operating guidelines for medical ethics rounds, improve its assessment mechanisms, create a favorable environment for it and strengthen education and training.
