医学生和患者视角下的医生年龄与能力相关性研究

Investigation about Correlation in the Vision of Medical Students and Patients to the Age and Capability of Doctors

针对医生年龄与能力相关性这一社会上广泛关注的问题,对普通患者,在读医学硕士生、博士生进行调查研究,并对调查结果进行了详细地统计分析。其研究结果对指导医学生正确定位,客观理性地分析自我,纠正某些自身认知偏差及对自身的综合发展具有指导作用,也对改善医患关系有提示意义。

Facing to the correlation between age and capability of doctors that brings widespread attention, an investigation is conducted among ordinary patients, postgraduate students and doctoral students and had a statistically analyses in details. The results have guiding role on guiding medical students to correct orientation, analyzing themselves objectively, correcting some their cognitive deviation and comprehensive development. Furthermore, it has suggested significance for improving doctor-patient relationship.
