摘要
生物心理社会医学模式主张在一个多层次的系统中研究人体或人,在以往生物医学模式的背景下,在医学模式转变过程中,强调对心理社会因素的重视。而对精神医学工作者而言,在工作过程中容易忽略生物学因素,处理相关问题的能力不足,因此,精神卫生专业学生应从强化生物学意识、设置课程、训练临床技能及应用多轴诊断等方面加强"生物观"的培养。
Biopsychosocial model advocates studying human body or person from a multi-level system. In the background of carrying on biological medical model, the importance of psychosoeial factors was neglected, and it was emphasized in the transition from biological medical model to biopsychosocial medical model. But for psychiatric worker, biological factors were neglected unconsciously. This lead to hypodynamic in coping with the problems caused by biological factors. There- fore, the quality of attention to biological factors should be cultured by striving consciousness of biological factors, setting up course, training clinical skills and using multi-axis diagnos.
