Gao Jinglang: the Great Master of Chinese Pediatrics

以档案资料和历史文献为基础,记述中国儿科大家高镜朗的医学人生,并通过梳理和总结他的学术成长经历,展现其行医济世、以医强国的人生追求与抱负,进而从临床治疗、科学研究、人才培养和学科建设等四个方面,阐述他为新中国儿科医学事业的创设和发展做出的巨大贡献。

Based on the archives and historical literature, narrated the medical career of Mr. Gao Jinglang who was the great master of Chinese pediatrics. By the analysis and summary of his academic experience, it showed his pursuit and ambition to practicing medicine to save people and make China stronger. Then discussed his contribution to the foundation and development of Chinese pediatrics from four aspects： clinical care, academic research, medical education and subject development.
