腕踝针治疗疼痛的临床应用与研究进展

Clinical Application and Research on Wrist-ankle Acupuncture for Pain

疼痛是临床上最为常见的主诉之一。针刺止痛的疗效目前已为世界所认同,其中腕踝针止痛的效果更是可以用立竿见影来形容。本研究收集、整理重庆维普、中国知网、万方数据等中文数据库及PubMed英文数据库中应用腕踝针止痛的医学文献,中文检索关键词为"腕踝针",英文检索关键词为"wrist-ankle acupuncture",限定搜索范围为1989年至今收录于各大数据库的文献,文章类型限定为临床病例研究,病例数目需超过30例以上,排除重复的文献,再从中挑选出疾病主要表现为疼痛且使用了腕踝针治疗的文献,分别从单独应用腕踝针治疗疼痛和腕踝针联合其他手段治疗疼痛的角度出发,对这些收集整理出的文献进行一一分析,以期对腕踝针治疗疼痛的临床应用及其镇痛机制的研究进展做一全面的综述。

Pain is one of the most common complaints in clinic.Analgesic therapy of acupuncture has been generally recognized by the world,and the analgesic therapy of wrist-ankle acupuncture can be described as having good effects instantly.This article collects medical literature in which wrist-ankle acupuncture is used to treat pain in Chongqing VIP,CNKI,Wanfang Data and PubMed.The search keyword is＂wrist-ankle acupuncture＂,limiting the scope of the search since 1989.Article is limited to clinical case study,and number of cases in the article should not be less than 30 cases,eliminating duplicate documents.Then literature in which the main manifestation of disease is pain treated with wrist-ankle acupuncture selected,and the clinical application of wrist-ankle acupuncture in the treatment of pain and its analgesic mechanism are reviewed.
