臭氧-活性炭技术处理炼化企业RO浓水 被引量:7

TREATMENT OF THE REVERSE OSMOSIS BRINE FROM THE REFINING & CHEMICAL COMPANIES BY USING THE OZONE-ACTIVATED CARBON TECHNOLOGY

摘要 采用臭氧-活性炭技术对炼化企业RO浓水进行实验研究。通过研究该废水在不同pH、臭氧投加量、臭氧接触时间、投加催化剂、活性碳吸附时间和活性碳投加量条件下RO浓水中COD的去除效果,确定臭氧-活性炭工艺处理炼化企业RO浓水的工艺参数。结果表明:在pH为8,臭氧投加量为75 mg/L,臭氧接触时间为5 min,催化剂KMnO4的投加量为35 mg,活性炭吸附时间为150 min,活性炭投加量为4 g/L时,臭氧-活性炭技术对RO浓水中COD处理效果达到最佳,总去除率为58%。 The ozone activated carbon technology was used to treat the RO brine from a refining chemical company.By studying the removal effect of COD of the wastewater under different pH,ozone dosage,ozone contact time,catalyst dosage and dosage of activated carbon,the process parameters of the ozone-activated carbon technology which is used to treat the RO wastewater produced from the refining chemical company were known.The results showed that the removal rate of COD of the RO brine treated by the ozone-activated carbon technology was 58% when the pH was 8,the ozone dosage was 75 mg/L,ozone contact time was 5 min,potassium permanganate dosage was 35 mg,activated carbon contact time was 150 min,activated carbon dosage was 4 g/L.
