超临界水氧化处理醚菊酯生产废水实验研究 被引量:4

TREATMENT OF WASTEWATER FROM PRODUCTION OF ETHOFENPROX BY SUPERCRITICAL WATER OXIDATION

摘要 利用间歇式超临界水氧化实验装置对醚菊酯生产废水进行处理。实验结果表明,选择超临界水氧化处理该废水的优化条件为:温度430℃、反应时间5 min、压力25 MPa、氧化系数2.0。H2O2、O2和空气三种氧化剂的氧化能力从强到弱依次为H2O2、O2和空气。采用目前国内处理量最大的SCWO示范装置对醚菊酯生产废水进行初步处理,出水COD、TOC、色度和pH均满足GB 8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》中的一级排放标准。 An experimental study on ethofenprox manufacturing wastewater treatment by supercritical water oxidation was conducted in a batch reaction plant.The results of experiments show that the determined reaction conditions are 430 ℃,25 MPa,residence time of 5min and oxidation coefficient of 2.0.Under this condition,the order of oxidation abilities of H2O2,O2 and air as oxidants is H2O2O2air.SCWO pilot scale plant with the largest treatment capacity in China was used to treat ethofenprox manufacturing wastewater preliminarily.The indexes of COD,TOC,chromaticity and pH of reactor effluent can meet the first order of "Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard"(GB 8978—1996).
