高功率密度永磁风力发电机非稳态温度场分析 被引量:6

ANALYSIS OF NON-STEADY-STATE TEMPERATURE FIELD FOR HIGH POWER DENSITY PERMANENT MAGNET WIND GENERATOR

摘要 基于传热学原理,建立永磁风力发电机温度场数学模型,并提出求解域内的基本假设及相应边界条件,采取有限元分析软件以样机1/4为计算区域,分别计算出不同参数定子、磁钢温度场,得到运行时达到的最高温度分布情况及其热量传输路径;并采用FLIR红外热成像仪采集各工况下的实际温度分布。通过对比计算与实测结果,相互验证并弥补各自不足后,得出永磁风力发电机动态温度场分布规律,为今后风力机专用永磁发电机的设计生产提供了参考依据。 Based on the heat transfer theory, the temperature field mathematical model of permanent magnet wind turbine was establish, then the solving domain basic assumptions and the corresponding boundary conditions were put forward. Further, the prototype 1/4 model was taken as the calculating area with finite element analysis soft- ware, and different parameters of the stator, magnet temperature field were calculated, eventually the highest tem- perature distribution in the operation and the heat transmission path were worked out. Further more, the actual tem- perature distribution under various operating conditions were captured by the FLIR infrared thermal imagers. Through mutually authenticating and making up the shortcomings of the two results, the distribution laws of dynamic temperature field of permanent magnet wind turbine were obtained by comparing the calculated results with meas- ured ones. It will provide reference for the design and the production of the permanent magnet wind turbine.
