蒙药配合超短波、中频电治疗膝关节骨性关节炎84例观察

Clinical Observation on Treating 84 Cases of Knee Osteoarthritis Patients with Mongolian Herbals Combined with Ultra Short Wave and Intermediate Frequency Electric Stimulati

目的探讨蒙药配合超短波、中频电疗治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法 84例膝关节骨性关节炎患者,随机分为联合治疗组46例,对照组38例。联合治疗组即珍宝丸联合超短波、中频电疗治疗;对照组采用蒙药珍宝丸治疗。结果联合治疗组,显效29例(占63.04%),有效14例占(30.43%),无效3例(占6.52%),总有效率93.48%,明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论蒙药口服配合膝关节超短波、中频电疗治疗膝关节骨性关节炎能起到标本兼治的作用,疗效显著。

Objective To observe the clinical effect about treating knee osteoarthritis with ultra short wave and intermediate frequency electric stimulati combining with Mongolian herbals. Methods 84 cases were randomly divided into combined treating group （46 cases） and control group （38 cases）. The patients of combined treating group took Mongolian herbals, such as Pearl pills, then were treated by ultra short wave, intermediate frequency electric stimulate on the knee of each patient for the purpose of the clinical observation. Ones of control group used just Mongolian herbals. Results Among the 46 cases of the patients in combined treating group, 29 cases [63.04%） had been significantly treated, 14 cases （30.43%） showed some clinical effects and 3 case （6.52%） was no clinical effect by the therapy. The total effective rate was 93.48%. Which were obvious higher than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The therapy of combining ultra short wave and intermediate frequency electric stimulati with Mongolian herbals orally may promote to solve the key problems of treating knee osteoarthritis, which show obviously clinical therapeutic effect.
