慢性乙型肝炎患者外周血NK细胞表达研究

Study of peripheral NK cells in chronic hepatitis B

目的分析慢性乙型肝炎患者体内NK细胞的表达情况。方法采集慢性乙型肝炎患者33例及健康对照者35例,分离外周血单个核细胞,采用流式细胞仪测定NK细胞表型及TRAIL(TNF相关凋亡诱导配体)表达水平。结果慢性乙型肝炎患者与健康对照者相比较,外周血总的NK细胞频率显著降低;CD56brightNK亚群明显上升,而CD56dimNK亚群明显下降。且NK细胞表达TRAIL比健康对照者明显增高(P<0.05)。结论高表达TRAIL的NK细胞可能与慢性乙型肝炎患者肝损伤机制相关。

Objective To detect the expression level of peripheral NK cells in chronic hepatitis B. Methods peripheral blood were obtained from 33 chronic hepatitis B and 35 healthy controls.Peripheral blood mononuclear cells were collected.TRAIL expression by NK cells was examined by flow cytometry. Results NK cells in chronic hepatitis B was significantly increased compared with healthy control, but, CD56^bright NK cells was significantly increased, CD56^dimNK cells was significantly decreased.Especially, TRAIL expression was significantly increased （P〈0.05）. Conclusion TRAIL up-regulation on NK cells maybe associated with liver injury on choronic hepatitis B.
