钢铁零件中温磷化膜的形成、形态与工艺研究

通过对钢铁中温磷化膜扫描电镜(SEM)观察,确认磷化膜的形成是结晶沉淀,对不同工艺条件下磷酸盐晶体的形核、生长、形态及性能的关系进行了分析,并以柴油机汽缸套磷化处理为例,对中温磷化工艺进行了研究。

In this paper the medium-temperature phosphating film oniron and steel was studied by means of SEM and it confirmed that the forma-tion of the phosphating film is crystalline deposit.It was discussed the nucl-eation,growth,structure,property and the relationship between them underdifferent process conditon.The medium-temperature phsphating process wasstudied with the example of diesel engine cylinder phosphating process.
