大面积耐磨合金复层铜板堆焊大都采用粉末填充金属埋弧焊工艺。介绍了该工艺的特点、堆焊材料选择及在生产中的应用情况。
The SAW process filled with alloy powder is often applied to hardface the wear resistance alloy layer for compound-plate fabrication. The characteristics of process, how to select filler metal and the situation the process applied to are introduced in the paper.
