摘要 通过对Niehoff连续在线退火双头大拉多年的生产实践经验的摸索,找到了消除大拉铜线的内圈氧化缺陷的解决办法,消除了产品的内圈氧化缺陷,解决了生产的"瓶颈"问题。并对退火工艺和设备进行了优化,提高了铜线的线表质量。 Through the research on many years'practical experience of the Niehoff on line continuous annealing double - headed cop- per rod drawing machine, a settlement method of eliminate drawing machines inner circle oxidation was found which also eliminated the defects of inner circle oxidation in final products and solved the " bottleneck" production problem. Through optimized the annealing processes and equipment, the surface quality of copper wire was improved.
