摘要
采用高效铜萃取剂AD-100对两种复杂料液进行萃取除杂,反萃液铜可富集到约40g/L,杂质含量低,总萃取效率约95%,总反萃效率约97%,产出高品质的硫酸铜溶液可用于生产硫酸铜或铜粉产品,实现了铜的开路,增加了经济效益。
Two kinds of complex liquid were extracted to remove the impurities by high efficient copper extract agents AD - 100, re -extraction liquid copper can be enriched to about 40g/1 with low impurities content, extraction efficiency was around 90% and 97% extraction efficiency of re - extraction. The high - quality copper sulfate solution can be used as copper sulfate or copper powders products, the copper＇s open circuit was realized and economic benefit was also increased.
