摘要
本文进行了用乳状液型液膜从硫酸溶液中提取低含量钪的条件试验及探讨了该液膜体系的传质机理。试验结果表明:以伯胺N_(1923)为载体、Span-80为表面活性剂、煤油为膜溶剂、盐酸溶液为内相解吸剂所组成的乳状液膜,从硫酸溶液中能有效的提取低浓度钪(50ppm以下)。并由实验数据验证了推导出的液膜传质动力学方程式。
Experiments on conditions of extracting scandium from sulfate solution containing a minor amount of scandium by emulsion-type liquid membrane process are conducted and mass transfer mechanism is discussed. The results of the experiments show that by using the emulsion type liquid membrane formed with primary amine N_(1923) as carrier, Span-80 as surface-active agent, kerosene as membrane solvent and hydrochloric solution as inner phase desorption agent, low content scandium (<50ppm) can be more effectively extracted from sulfuric acid solution. The deducted equation of Liquid membrane mass transfer dynamics is verified by experimental results.
