人卵颗粒细胞凋亡对卵母细胞发育潜能的影响 被引量:4

Effect of apoptosis of granular cells on developmental potential of human oocytes

摘要 目的:研究人卵母细胞发育潜能与颗粒细胞凋亡之间的关系。方法:将卵子在体外经过28~30 h培养后,取其颗粒细胞,用TUNEL法进行凋亡率的分析,并与卵子的成熟情况和卵子的评分及形成胚胎结果进行对照。结果:培养后,随着卵母细胞成熟度的降低,凋亡率升高;而且随着卵母细胞评分和发育潜能的降低,颗粒细胞凋亡率逐渐升高。结论:卵子发育潜能与颗粒细胞凋亡之间关系密切,通过测定颗粒细胞的凋亡率可预测未成熟卵母细胞的发育潜能。 Objective:To explore the relationship between developmental potential of human oocytes and apoptosis of granular cells. Methods:After culturing oocytes in vitro for 28-30 hours,the granular cells were obtained,TUNEL method was used to analyze the apoptotic rate,then the results were compared with the maturation situation of oocytes,the score of oocytes,and the embryonic outcome. Results:After culture,the apoptotic rate of granular cells increased with the decrease of maturation degree of oocytes,the decrease of oocytes score,and the decrease of developmental potential of oocytes. Conclusion:The developmental potential of oocytes is closely related to apoptosis of granular cells,the developmental potential of immature oocytes can be predicted by measuring the apoptotic rate of granular cells.
