吉林西部生态脆弱区促进农民就业的对策

A Study on Promoting Farmers Employment in the Ecological Vulnerable Areas in Western Jilin

生态脆弱区通常是自然条件恶劣、生活较为贫困的地区,人地矛盾突出是造成环境退化的根源,并形成恶性循环;解决的根本途径就是农村劳动力有效转移,以缓解人为活动对资源环境带来的压力。本文以吉林西部白城市为例,在分析了其社会经济特征的基础上,提出了生态脆弱区促进农民就业的几点建议。

The ecological vulnerable areas have usually natural conditions and life poorer,the root of environmental degradation is caused by the obvious contradiction between human and environment,And form vicious cycle;the basic way to solve is the effective shift of the rural labor force,to ease the pressures of resources and environment by human activities.This paper first analyzes the social and economic characters,and proposes the suggestion on promoting Farmers employment in the ecological vulnerable areas,to the Baicheng city of western Jilin as an example.
