广西2002年至2009年生态足迹与产业发展分析

The Calculation of Ecological Footprints from 2002 to 2009 and the Analysis of Industry Development in Guangxi

本文首先基于生态足迹的理论,结合广西产业发展的阶段特点,选取广西1995年、2000年及2002年至2009年的统计数据迹进行计算。结果表明,广西生态足迹与生态承载力的比率,从1995年的1.96扩大至2009年的4.073;其次分析广西生态足迹的构成。结果显示,广西第一产业仍是影响生态足迹需求的主要因素,但呈现逐年下降的趋势,重化工业的生态足迹需求日益扩大,万元GDP生态足迹也由1995年的2.75hm2下降至2009年的1.18hm2;最后,基于广西生态足迹的现状,提出广西产业发展的建议,包括提高第一产业的附加价值,对重化工业采用生态化发展模式,并大力发展林业。

This paper applied the method of ecological footprints,and calculated the ecological footprints in 1995,2000 and from 2002 to 2009 which years showed the features of industry development in Guangxi.The result of calculation was that Ecological Footprint to Biocapacity ratio increases from 1.96 to 4.073 during 1995 to 2009.Through the analysis of the factors influencing the ecological footprints of Guangxi province,it found that although the ecological footprints of primary industry was the primary factors,the ratio of the ecological footprints of primary industry showed the declining trend,and the affect of heavy chemical industry to the ecological footprints was expanding.And the ecological footprint needs per 104RMB yuan GDP deceased from 2.75hm2 in 1995 to 1.18hm2 in 2009.Finally,considering the situation of the ecological footprint of Guangxi,the paper gave the suggestions of industry development which was increasing the additional value of the primary industry,constructing the development model of ecological development of heavy chemical Industry,and developing the forestry industry.
