摘要
空心阴极真空弧方法能够在低气压条件下形成电弧放电,作为一种真空焊接或太空焊接的工艺方法已经引起了国内外的研究。文中综述了空心阴极真空弧焊技术的研究进展,从真空弧的热物理性能、焊接工艺等方面归纳分析了空心阴极真空弧焊过程产生机理的研究现状,介绍了空心阴极真空弧焊的基本特征以及焊接工艺性能,对于进一步揭示空心阴极真空弧焊接机理及控制焊接质量具有重要意义。
The hollow cathode vacuum arc welding can be used in vacuum or space environments.The research progress of hollow cathode vacuum arc welding was summarized,which includes thermophysical property and effects of welding parameter and so on.The fundamental characteristics and welding process performance of hollow cathode vacuum arc welding process were presented.And it is of great significance in scientific research of discharge theories,welding quality control of hollow cathode vacuum arc welding.
