摘要
介绍法国国家经济情报体系经历的不同发展阶段和实践经验以及法国政府在其中的核心作用。认为法国国家经济情报体系日臻完善，在法国产业发展与技术革新的进程中发挥着越来越重要的作用。最后，比较中法两国国家竞争情报的发展情况，认为有三点不同之处：动机不同、引导主体不同、体系不同。
The author presents the national economic intelligence system in different stages in France, the practical experience and central role of French government in the economic intelligence. The system of national economic intelligence in France is getting ma- ture,and becomes more and more important in the French industry and technological innovation. Finally, the author compares the de- velopment of competitive intelligence in China and France, that there are three differenet, different motives, different leading facter, and different system.
