摘要
建立了轿车的有限元-统计能量分析混合模型,并采用理论方法计算出模态密度、内损耗因子和耦合损耗因子。采用试验方法测得发动机悬置处激励,采用虚拟样机方法仿真得到悬架对车身激励。对整车模型加载激励,并进行了有限元结构模态分析和FE-SEA联合仿真分析,获得了前50阶模态对应的频率。对计算结果进行了板件噪声贡献分析及传递路径分析,得出了路面激励到驾驶室噪声传递路径结构。
A car finite element-statistic energy analysis hybrid model is established in the paper,which uses theoretical method to calculate the modal density,interior loss factor,and coupling loss factor.And the excitation on engine mounts and the excitation of suspension to car body are measured by experiment and simulation.Excitation is exerted to vehicle model,and finite element structure modal analysis and FE-SEA hybrid simulation are made,and the frequency corresponding to first 50-order modal is obtained.Plates noise contribution analysis and transfer path analysis are made to calculation results,the noise transfer path chart is obtained when the excitation from road to the cab.
