摘要
采用EGR+DPF和SCR两种降低排放的方式,对某重型车用柴油机进行了稳态循环工况和瞬态循环工况试验研究。结果表明,对于降低NOx排放,无论稳态循环工况还是瞬态循环工况,采用EGR尾气处理方式均优于SCR处理方式;对于降低PM的排放,在稳态循环工况中,EGR处理方式优于SCR处理方式,而在瞬态循环工况中,SCR处理方式优于EGR处理方式。
Experimental test study was made to a heavy duty automotive diesel engine in steady state cycle condition and transient cycle condition with two emission reduction methods of EGR+DPF and SCR.The results show that,to reduce NOx emission,EGR treatment is better than SCR treatment both in steady state cycle condition and in transient cycle condition;to reduce PM emission,EGR treatment is better than SCR treatment,whereas in transient cycle condition,SCR treatment is better than EGR treatment.
