Airtraq喉镜联合弹性探条用于手术室外的气道急救 被引量：9

摘要 Aiaraq喉镜是一种新型气管插管视频喉镜，无需13、咽、气管三轴线的重合即可改善喉头显露的Cormack—Lehane（C—L）分级，但仍有极少数病例虽然声门暴露良好导管仍无法顺利置入。Aiaraq喉镜与弹性探条（GEB）联用可以解决此问题，从而缩短插管时间。本文报道3例手术室外气道急救时用常规技术插管失败的困难插管，改用Aiaraq喉镜联合弹性探条后成功的典型病例。
