胸痛-自发性食管破裂的诊治体会（附2例报道）
摘要
自发性食管破裂（SER）是一罕见急症，延迟诊断和误诊率通常高达50％以上，下面将我院急诊科遇到2例由胸痛一自发性食管破裂患者救治体会报道如下。
