摘要
目的:评价我院肠内营养(EN)和肠外营养(PN)药的应用情况。方法:通过医院信息系统,统计我院2008-2011年EN、PN药的应用品种、销售金额、数量、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)等。结果:我院2008-2011年EN、PN药销售金额均呈逐年上升趋势,2011年较2008年增幅达157%,其中EN混悬液(TPF)和脂肪乳氨基酸葡萄糖分别位居EN、PN药销售金额的第1位;EN、PN药应用率之比由2008年的0.28:1提高到2011年的0.57:1,大部分品种的DDDs均出现增长。结论:EN和PN在我院临床治疗中的地位日趋显著,临床对EN的重视程度不断提高。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the utilization of enteral (EN) and parenteral nutrition (PN) agents in our hospital. METHODS: The utilization of EN and PN in our hospital during 2008- 2011 was analyzed statistically through hospital informa- tion system in respects of variety, consumption sum, amount, DDDs and DDC, etc. RESULTS: The consumption sum of EN and PN showed an upward trend in our hospital during 2008--2011, with increase range of 157%. EN suspension (TPF) and fat emul- sions amino acids glucose occupied the first place in the list of consumption sum of EN and PN. The application ratio of EN to PN was 0.28:1 in 2008 but 0.57:1 in 2011. The DDDs of most drugs were increased. CONCLUSION: The position of EN and PN in clinical treatment of our hospital is increasingly important. The doctor increasingly focused on the use of EN in the clinic.
