摘要
采用在差压瓶内密闭投加有机物的方法,测定污泥混合液中异养菌降解有机物醋酸钠的耗氧量;根据活性污泥数学模型ASM1,利用得到的耗氧量计算异养菌产率系数(YH)。以5个城市污水处理厂以及实验室小试装置中的曝气池混合液为研究对象,先后两次投加NaAc。第1次投加有机物后得到的6个样品的YH平均值为(0.71±0.02)g细胞COD/g氧化COD,第2次投加后得到的YH平均值为(0.68±0.02)g细胞COD/g氧化COD。该方法可对接近活性污泥原位运行状态下的YH值进行方便快捷的测定与计算,结果稳定、重现性好。
A method of adding sodium acetate into a sealed manometric respirometer was used to determine the oxygen consumption for the degradation of sodium acetate by heterotrophic bacteria in sludge mixture. Based on the activated sludge model No. 1 ( ASM1 ), the heterotrophic bacteria yield coefficient (YH) was calculated using the oxygen consumption. Sodium acetate was added twice into the mixed liquors inside aeration tanks at five WWTPs and a small laboratory apparatus. The average YH of six samples was (0.71 ±0.02) g cell COD/g COD oxidized after first addition, and (0.68 ±0.02) g cell COD/g COD oxidized after second addition. The method could quickly determine YH of in-situ activa- ted sludge, with stable result and good repeatability.
