^(125)I radioactive seeds brachytherapy for hepatocellular carcinomas: its present situation and research progress

综述放射性125I粒子植入治疗肝癌的优势及应用现状,表明125I粒子植入在肝癌的综合治疗中显示出较好的应用前景。同时,对这种治疗方法中目前存在的问题进行了探讨,目的在于进一步提高125I粒子组织间近距离放射治疗肝癌的疗效。

The purpose of this paper is to make a comprehensive review about the 125I ratlloactlve seeds brachytherapy for hepatocellular carcinomas, focusing on its advantages and its current situation in clinical practice. Many researches have shown that 125I radioactive seed implantation has promising prospects in the comprehensive treatment of hepatocellular carcinomas. The present issues in relation to this therapy are also discussed in order to further improve the clinical efficacy of 125I radioactive seeds braehytherapy for hepatocellular carcinomas.（J Intervent Radio1, 2012, 21： 876-878）
