摘要
影像导向下消融技术已广泛应用于全身各种实体肿瘤的治疗。近年该技术逐渐应用到骨肿瘤的治疗。消融治疗能有效缓解肿瘤引起的疼痛,为临床失去外科手术的骨肿瘤患者提供了一项有效的治疗选择。本文从射频消融,微波消融,高强度能量聚焦消融以及冷冻消融治疗骨肿瘤的原理、应用范围、治疗效果进行综述。
Imaging-guided thermal ablation techniques have been widely applied in the clinical treatment for all kinds of solid tumors. In recent years, this technique has been preliminary employed in the clinical treatment for bone tumors and it can effectively relieve the pain caused by the bone tumors. Thermal ablation technique provides an effective therapeutic alternative for patients with inoperable metastatic bone tumors. Thethermal ablation techniques now used in clinical practice include radiofrequency ablation, microwave ablation, high-intensity focused ultrasound ablation and the tissue-freezing ablation (cryoabla- tion). This paper aims to make a comprehensive review of the basic principles, the application extent and treatment effect of the thermal ablation therapy for bone tumors.(J Intervent Radiol, 2012, 21: 879-883)
