异甘草酸镁的药理与临床

Pharmacological effects and clinical applications of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate

异甘草酸镁为一新型保肝药,系从天然植物甘草中提取的甘草酸经过碱催化、异构化后成盐精制而得。异甘草酸镁在临床治疗多种肝炎具有显著的疗效,不良反应少;与其他保肝类药物联用,疗效明显提高。本文对异甘草酸镁的药理作用、临床应用进展与不良反应等作一综述,以推动异甘草酸镁的进一步应用和研究。

As one new promising drug that could provide the protection of the liver, magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate was discovered from the natural plants. After extracted from licorice, glycyrrhizic acid could be refined to salt with the processing of base catalysis and isomerization, and then, the magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate could be successfully prepared. Magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate has dramatic curative effect in clinical treatment with fewer adverse reactions and can be enhanced when combined with other hepato-protective drugs. This review outlines the pharmacological effects, clinical applications and adverse reactions of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate in order to make some contribution to further application and research of it.
