摘要
[目的]建立石蒜组培快繁体系。[方法]以石蒜鳞片为外植体,采用组织培养的方法对石蒜进行扩大繁殖,在不同诱导阶段对石蒜鳞茎进行试验以得到最佳激素类别及配比。[结果]石蒜鳞茎不定芽诱导的最佳激素及配比为MS+6-BA 10 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L,不定芽增殖的最佳激素及配比MS+6-BA 5 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L,生根培养基的最佳激素配比为MS+NAA 2.0 mg/L。[结论]为后续的试验和生产化提供一定的基础。
[Objective] To establish tissue culture rapid propagation system of Lycoris radiate.[Method] With Lycoris radiate scales as explants,using tissue culture method,Lycoris radiate scales were studied to obtain optimum hormone ratio.[Result] The results showed that the suitable medium for the bud induction was MS+6-BA 10.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L,the suitable medium for the subculture was MS+6-BA 5.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L and the suitable medium for root induction was MS+NAA 2.0 mg/L.[Conclusion] The study will lay a foundation for experiment and production.
