枯草芽孢杆菌和日粮蛋白水平对早期断奶仔猪消化器官的影响 被引量:3

摘要 [目的]研究不同日粮蛋白水平下添加枯草芽孢杆菌对早期断奶仔猪生长性能与消化器官发育的影响。[方法]将360头21日龄断奶仔猪分为4个处理组,处理组①和②中日粮粗蛋白水平为20%,处理组③和④中日粮粗蛋白水平为18%,处理组②和④中日粮添加枯草芽孢杆菌,饲喂14 d后测定仔猪生长性能与主要消化器官发育情况。[结果]日粮添加枯草芽孢杆菌的处理组②仔猪的平均日增重显著大于处理组①和③(P<0.05)。处理组④十二指肠和空肠黏膜重量及肝脏重等指标显著大于处理组①,而处理组②和③差异不显著(P>0.05)。[结论]日粮添加枯草芽孢杆菌有利于肠道、肝脏等主要消化器官的发育,对改善仔猪生长性能有良好效果。 [Objective] The aim was to study the effects of the feed additive Bacillus subtilis and diet protein levels on the growth performance and digestive organs of early-weaned piglets.[Method] Three hundred and sixty piglets at weaning age of 21 days were assigned four treatment groups.The diet protein level of group 1 and 2 piglets was 20%,and that of group 3 and 4 was 18%.The feed additive Bacillus subtilis was used in the diets of group 2 and 4.The growth performance and digestive organs of early-weaned piglets were determined.[Result] Group 2 piglets fed Bacillus subtilis had higher(P0.05) average daily gain than those of group 1 and 3 during 14 days of this experiment.For the relative weights of the duodenum and jejunum mucosa and liver,group 4 was higher than group 1,and group 2 and 3 were no difference(P0.05).[Conclusion] The feed additive Bacillus subtilis could enhance the digestive organ development of the small intestine and liver,which improved the growth performance of early-weaned piglets.
